This project originally started as the seventh Pig album, under the working
title of "Lust For Lard". However, upon completion, the project became
known as Watts. The album was titled "Pigmartyr" and released throughout
Europe. Eventually, however, it was moved back under the name Pig, and
released under the title "Pigmata".
While still under the Watts moniker, the album was initially announced for
release on KMFDM Records in the US, but was cancelled shortly thereafter.
